CORNWALL, PEI — Construction is officially underway on a 600-meter municipal water and sewer extension along Cornwall Road, backed by a $2.5M federal investment. This critical upgrade hits our property boundary, removing historical utility barriers and increasing Burbank Crossing’s shovel-readiness.
Upon completion, the proposed phase 1 of Burbank Crossing is set to be underway - enabling commercial developments along one of Cornwall, PEI’s main corridors.
Phase 1 is expected to include 8 acres of road-frontage serviced lots. Proposed usages include a mix of retail, services, quick-service restaurants, and fuel.
